Jacob M. Rzepka grew up in the greater Cleveland area graduating from Cleveland Heights High School in 1971. He went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1974 and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 1977. Mr Rzepka attended the University of Texas at Austin School of Business where he completed all work except a dissertation required for a Ph.D in Information Systems. He is a veteran of over 34 years in the Information Technology Industry working for IBM, Sprint, Erie Insurance and Progressive Insurance. In 2008, Mr. Rzepka graduated with honors from the University of Akron Law School. He is a member of the Texas State Bar and Ohio State Bar.

Mr. Rzepka has been a volunteer mediator for Summit County and actively serves the community by assisting individuals with property owner issues, foreclosures and other legal matters pro bono or reduced fees. Mr. Rzepka has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children and Guardian Ad Litem in Summit County appearing on behalf of abused, neglected or dependent children.

Practice areas include children’s advocacy, domestic relations law, personal injury, business litigation, landlord/tenant, foreclosure and general practice.
